Most recently, I have led impactful programmes as a project lead within a multi-school trust, further broadening my expertise in managing change in dynamic and multi-stakeholder environments.
In my new role as Office Manager for LP17 Design, I bring a strong focus on operational efficiency, process improvement, and effective resource management. Leveraging my project management background, I am committed to streamlining workflows, implementing robust systems, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations that enable the organisation to perform at its best.
