Do you carry out your own on-site surveys?
We do carry out most site surveys ourselves, however, we use a trusted surveying company to assist on more complex projects.

How much involvement do you have in each project?
We can be as involved as you'd like us to be! We are highly flexible in terms of the service we provide and are able to tailor our services to your individual project requirements.
Our services can range from just an hours consultation to a full architectural design and project management service.
Our services cover Bourne, Stamford, Spalding, Peterborough and Rutland.

Do you deal with planning applications and building regulations?
Yes, we can ensure that your project and the plans created meet current building regulations and planning requirements. We will also submit the planning application on your behalf and handle this process for you.
