Twice Recognised. One Year in Business!
We're incredibly proud to share that LP17 Design has been selected as a finalist for Design Consultant of the Year at the Greater Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards 2026.
To be recognised twice in our first year of operation is something we never take for granted. It's a real testament to the projects we’ve delivered, the trust our clients place in us, and our commitment to thoughtful, well-considered design that genuinely adds value.
Thank you to our clients, collaborators and consultants who continue to support us, and to the judging panel for recognising our work alongside so many respected practices in the region.

Planning Approval at Tumby Woodside
We’re delighted to share another planning approval success for our client this month.
Our team was appointed to design an additional living space at a home in Tumby Woodside, Lincolnshire. The brief was clear: create a self-contained two-bedroom living area, separate from the main house, that would provide much-needed space for the family.
Working closely with the Local Planning Authority, we developed a scheme that respects the rural character of the site, meets all policy requirements, and delivers a functional and flexible space that truly supports our client’s needs.
A fantastic outcome for a lovely client, and we can’t wait to see this one progress to the next stage.

Planning Approval at Werrington
We are pleased to announce that we have recently acquired full planning permission for 3No. Detached self-build properties at Lambes Court in Werrington.
We will be supporting our clients through to construction by producing the Building Regulations package and providing project management support throughout the construction.

Planning Approval at Morton
Householder planning permission and Listed Building Consent has been granted for a single storey large extension on the rear of the property at Station Road, Morton. The extension will provide a new mobility friendly living space for the clients to utilise.

A PRINCE2 Practitioner qualified Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering diverse technical and business change initiatives across application delivery, technology integration, and large-scale transformation projects. With extensive experience leading projects of varying size and complexity, I bring a structured yet adaptable approach that consistently drives successful outcomes. Known for my high emotional intelligence, I thrive on empowering teams, fostering collaboration, and supporting others to achieve their goals. Most recently, I have led impactful programmes as a project lead within a multi-school trust, further broadening my expertise in managing change in dynamic and multi-stakeholder environments.
In my new role as Office Manager for LP17 Design, I bring a strong focus on operational efficiency, process improvement, and effective resource management. Leveraging my project management background, I am committed to streamlining workflows, implementing robust systems, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations that enable the organisation to perform at its best.

We have been appointed to complete a re-design and configuration of existing bedrooms into a new bedroom and ensuite that is specifically designed for assistance with restricted mobility for our clients. The new ensuite will provide a walk in bath & shower for ease of use.

We have been appointed to complete an Outline planning application for the demolition of an existing bungalow and associated buildings and the proposal of 2No. New semi detached properties with associated parking and gardens.
