Planning Approval for 2 Bedroom Residential Annexe
We have helped our client achieve full planning approval for an additional living space for a home in rural Lincolnshire.
Working closely with the Local Planning Authority, we ensured that the development respects the rural character of the site, meets all policy requirements, and delivers a functional and flexible space that truly supports our client’s needs.

Full Planning Application For Mixed Use Development
We have been appointed to complete a Full planning application for a new 60No. Mixed use development consisting of open market housing, affordable housing, over 55's housing and 3No. Commercial properties for community and private business use. The planning application work is currently being completed with the application looking to be submitted in September 2025.
All designs have been created by LP17 Design and will feature sustainably high thermal efficient construction methods and mechanical additions such as solar PV panels, Air Source Heat pumps and WWHR systems.

Full Planning Permission Approval - Self Build Development
3No. Detached self-build properties at Lambes Court in Werrington.
We will now be supporting our clients through to construction by producing the Building Regulations package and providing project management support throughout the construction.

Extension Project, Morton Lincolnshire
We have been appointed to complete the design and project management of a single storey extension to a Grade II Listed and conservation area cottage in the village of Morton, Lincolnshire. LP17 Design have completed a Householder planning application on behalf of our client, and we are awaiting the positive outcome of the application.
Careful consideration has been given to the design and usability of the extension as this will be used by a client with mobility challenges and will be suitable for wheelchair use throughout. The design has carefully considered the historic nature of the existing property and will be a highly complementary extension to the property and the village.

LP17 Design supported the project through the planning and Building Regulations stages, helping our client bring the scheme forward to construction.
It’s great to see the development now breaking ground, and we’re looking forward to watching progress on site as the project moves towards completion.
Residential Extension Project
